My youngest requested a pair of clip-on Mardi Gras inspired earrings from me (my first time using clip-on backings). Her teacher is from New Orleans and is teaching them about Mardi Gras. She loves them!

My youngest daughters teacher is from New Orleans & they’re learning & celebrating Mardi Gras.. My daughter wants me to make a pair of clip-on earrings for her to wear (I’ll also make a pair for her teacher). I’ve never made clip-ons. Is there anything special or specific I should know? I have zero time to get this done!

Have y’all seen people sew in a little bead on top of the cabs to “hide” the hole/s? I’m wondering if I should try that or just leave it be?
