New door where there was none! For some reason, when this house was flipped they decided no door was necessary between the owners suite and the bathroom. 🤪

Replaced a few deck boards this week. Cedar is great but takes a beating in the Northwest and when it rots, it gets very soft. If you have deck boards that need replaced, message me and we can chat!

This was a fun project! Added some cedar boards to this deck railing to improve the privacy and built a secure entry where there was none.

Presto chango! What a difference a good wash and some paint can make.

We started these steps back in December and the weather has finally been cooperating enough to paint it. How it looks now, in December and before work.

It’s the season for decks! We just wrapped up this deck rebuild with some amazing clients. We went from cedar with rusty screws to TimberTech Azek decking and CityPost railing. We pulled out all the built in seating and gave them back about 100 sq ft of their deck. We think the end result looks great!

This week we helped a lovely couple with a variety of home projects. From replacing light fixtures and switches to painting and installing a new front door. We also added board and batten to a bedroom and installed a barn door.

We’ve been busy lately! From building a shed, a new fence, replacing a gate and reconditioning a deck - we got you covered!

The weather has been great and it’s time to tackle those outdoor projects.

Repaired some puppy chewing this week. It’s not perfect but doesn’t look like a chew toy now!

Yesterday we cut and installed this beautiful maple butcher block countertop. We went with a 1/2” rounded edge around the sink which looks really nice!

And that’s the finished wall!

This one was fun! We were tasked with building a hidden door for a clients wine room, so we made it into a wine rack!

We’re painting and installing these new doors for a client this week. I set up a makeshift paint shop in my garage and it has worked great!

This bathroom needed some serious love! It had a weird drop ceiling with storage over the tub, old cracked flooring, and tile that had to go.

We framed out a new drop ceiling, installed drywall and cement board, added LVT flooring, updated the vanity light and applied waterproofing to the tub walls.

It’s been a while and we’ve been busy!

Here is a new gate we installed recently. The old one was sagging and the posts were rotted, which is very common in the wet PNW.

Being a dad this week! Took my daughter to Boston and NYC for the week!

Excited to attend the Broker Tools Expo yesterday, hosted by Metropolist!! We got to meet many great folks and enjoyed chatting with all the attendees that stopped by our table!
