Reuben's Brews
A family-owned and operated brewery with tasting rooms in the Ballard and Fremont neighborhoods of Seattle, Washington.
Try one of our everyday favorites like Crikey, Hazealicious, Pilsner, Crushable, Crispytown, and Robust Porter.
Have you tried our Kimcheese Loaded Fries yet? Celebrating our co-founder Grace's Korean heritage, we blend kimchi from Firefly Kitchens with Reuben's beer cheese, a house-made kimchi paste, and our own garlic chili crunch. The perfect fusion of bold flavors and comfort food, this shareable starter offers a unique twist on a classic favorite.
Oh, and it pairs well with draft beer and Seahawks games, in case you were wondering. See you soon!
Hey Seattle: It's a beautiful day for a beer and the fresh hops are here! Find our first two releases at both the Ballard and Fremont taprooms now.
FRESH HOP HAZEALICIOUS
Using fresh Strata hops from the Willamette Valley we've brewed a special version of Hazealicious, our award-winning, year-round hazy IPA. It's tasty, tropical, and fun to try alongside the original.
FRESH HOP PARTY FLOAT
Fluffy, fruity, and especially aromatic thanks to freshly picked Strata hops from Coleman Farms, this hazy IPA will have you celebrating the flavors of harvest season. Take a good, long sip and let your taste buds float all the way to Oregon.
READY FOR OKTOBERFEST?
Because we are! And on Saturday, September 14th we're planning for a festive day at our Ballard Taproom. Meet us here to try five different German-style beers on tap including Festbier, Dortmunder, and Märzen.
At 4:00 p.m. we're hosting another stein holding competition, and at 5:00 p.m. The Oompah Machine will provide an authentic soundtrack of your favorite polka tunes. Rumor has it there might be a dance contest, too...
If you think you can keep your arm completely straight while holding a full, 5 pound Masskrug out in front of your body longer than anyone else, you could win some fantastisch prizes. Not to mention the bragging rights.
So kick off Oktoberfest season with us in Ballard on September 14th!
OUR PURSUIT OF HOPPINESS CONTINUES
We're excited to announce the next release in our Crush series of hazy IPAs: Mosaic Crush! Releasing in Ballard and Fremont on Saturday, August 31st, this beer will also find its way to bars, restaurants, and bottle shops across the Pacific Northwest.
Loaded with specially selected lots of Mosaic hops and supported by familiar favorites Simcoe and Citra, the medium-bodied Mosaic Crush is full of notes of juicy tropical fruit and jammy berries with a clean, fruity finish.
If you like hazies as much as we do, something tells us you're going to fall for this beer.
If you've been to either one of our taprooms, you already know that they are both dog-friendly places. We even try to keep treats in stock to reward your canine companion for bringing you in.
And if you're a proud pooch parent who hasn't yet paid is a visit, now you know that your dog is welcome too!
What a day to be out on Shilshole Bay with the winners of our summer sweepstakes and our friends from !
PSL? When it comes to fall beverages, our favorite letters are still IPA (Imperial Pumpkin Ale).
Deep amber in color, AUTUMN HARVEST offers suggestions of pumpkin pie, brown sugar, and cinnamon on the nose. Five varieties of malt bring a degree of caramel-like sweetness and a showcase for pumpkin, while notes of baking spices complement the rich mouthfeel.
Perfect for cool, crisp fall days and available now across the Pacific Northwest.
Summer isn't over yet, but fall is just around the corner. And we've designed a new beer for the cooler season ahead.
Glowing like a great sunset over the Cascades, Skyglow is a West Coast IPA that combines Pacific Northwest hops with a juicy body and a touch of rye. Look for it across the PNW wherever you shop for beer.
Festbier season is here again! Fill a stein and raise a toast.
WE WANT TO TAKE YOU TO YAKIMA
Another fresh hop season is about to begin and we want to bring you to hop country to experience it like a brewer.
On Saturday, September 21st we're taking a lucky group of beer fans on a daylong excursion to the Yakima Valley to learn about these fragrant green cones firsthand. Along with beer, three meals, and round trip luxury coach transportation from Seattle, our Fresh Hop Field Trip includes stops at Double 'R' Hop Ranches, Varietal Beer Company, and Hoptown Wood-Fired Pizza.
For more information, and to purchase tickets, visit our website.

What's your favorite summer fruit?
Peaches are high on our list, and when August rolls around we can't get enough of this sweet, juicy stone fruit. So if you're a peach fan too, you'll be glad to know that the latest release in our series of fruited sours is Fresh! Peach.
Mega-juicy with a nice, tart finish, this release includes ripe peaches with just a touch of vanilla for balance. Pick up a 4-pack of cans at either taproom while they last!
RELEASING SATURDAY, AUGUST 10TH
If you've ever been to one of our anniversary parties before, you know we wouldn't think of hosting another without releasing a fun new beer or two. And this Saturday, August 10th will be no different.
SPRINKLES IPA
What's a birthday without sprinkles? A lot less fun, that's what! Brewed to celebrate our anniversary, this double dry-hopped West Coast IPA uses some of our favorite varieties for notes of juicy citrus, fresh pine, and ripe berries. Bright in the glass with a clean, lingering bitterness.
IS IT CAKE?
To replicate the rich, fudgy flavor of chocolate cake in a beer, we went searching for the perfect barrels in our cellar. And by blending a decadent Barleywine aged in a vanilla barrel with a thick Imperial Stout aged in a Heaven Hill bourbon barrel, we think we accomplished the illusion.
We'll tap them at the start of our block party, and both will be available to-go.
INTRODUCING OUR LATEST INNOVATION
What happens when we partner with our friends at ? A cocktail-inspired, citrusy delight that combines our seltzer techniques, their gin botanicals, Galaxy hops, and grapefruit.
Slightly tart and simply refreshing, our Greyhound Spritz releases on Saturday, August 3rd at both of our taprooms and OOLA Capitol Hill. Let us know what you think of this refreshing take on a classic cocktail.
SATURDAY'S BRAND NEW STAR
Brewed with spelt and dry hopped with cosmic quantities of Citra, Galaxy, and Mosaic, SUPERNOVA explodes with notes of ripe tropical fruit, tangy citrus, and juicy orchard fruit. Bold yet balanced, each sip of this hazy IPA will send shock waves of flavor to your taste buds.

Next up: Our anniversary Block Party on Saturday, August 10th!
Hey Seattle, how was your weekend? Did you crack open anything especially summery?
When we sit down to write a new recipe, we love to draw from a wide range of brewing traditions. A great example of this is PILLARS OF GOLD, a farmhouse pale ale inspired by one of our favorite Belgian Trappist ales. And since today is Belgium's national day, we thought we'd revisit this uncommon beer.
Bottled with a Brettanomyces yeast strain, PILLARS OF GOLD is dry and complex, offering aromas of fresh cut hay, ripe pear, and tangy lemon that are supported by a honeylike malt character. As the beer ages, expect to get notes of leather and to***co from the continuing secondary fermentation.
If you've been hanging on to a bottle, crack it open and raise a glass to Belgian-style beer!
TODAY'S THE DAY
Our first Reuben's and Friends guest beers are on tap now, and we'll be rotating new offerings through both our main bar and our back bar later today. Plus, from 5 - 8:00pm we'll have to help us take the party up a notch.
Stop by, try some beers, and meet a brewer!
Still searching for your go-to summer beer? Here's something that just might do the trick: Our juicy yet light-bodied new IPA.
Dry-hopped with heaps of Mosaic, Amarillo, and Nelson Sauvin, Reuben's Brightside offers bold notes of grapefruit and passionfruit with a clean finish. Drink on the bright side!
