IMAN’S MESSAGE TO DAVID ON THEIR 32nd ANNIVERSARY

On April 24th, 1992, David and Iman married at a registry office civil ceremony in Lausanne, Switzerland. Iman marked the 32nd anniversary of that event today with a photograph of the couple in Amsterdam taken by Ellen von Unwerth in 2003. (We’ve used a crop of the same image)

Iman also posted the following message online:

“THE YEARS MAY PASS, BUT STILL, YOU STAY AND STAY AND STAY”

Comic book company channels their super hero moxy

Good Samaritans to the rescue! A man crashed into a water-filled ditch off Metro Parkway in Fort Myers today. He was upside down and his head was under water. A bunch of people ran over and lifted the car high enough for him to get out safely!

Polish fantasy artist, Igor Wolski, not only drew the interior art for Baby Barbarian but also did the main cover for the print version? This fantastic cover features many of our colorful characters, including the Berserk family: Brom, Brunhild, Bjorn, the three sister-witches of Castle Slapdash, some animated suits of armor, and of course the infamous ele-chickens that have moved in alongside other crazy creatures!

Hulk smash! At the Marvel Exhibit in OMSI

Dad and son at the for artist and singer fantastic exhibition opening night. That’s the man in the photo! So glad we lurked nearby so that when he glanced over and smiled I could use my son as an excuse to get a photo with him. “My son wants to leave. He has a hard time hanging around.” I said. “So do I,” said the Icelandic genius. Thanks for the shot, Jonsi! It was a real pleasure getting to meet you in person and enjoy your wonderful art exhibition!

Three Days Left and a Few Dollars Short...

of unlocking our first stretch goal.

We've had a bunch of end-of-the-campaign backers come swoop in to help propel us to unlock our fist stretch goal. How awesome is that?

This campaign has been much more pleasant to run than our first one. It's amazing what a little experience and wisdom can do to allay anxiety. This campaign has actually been FUN. Last campaign, I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off, crossing the road, in red suspenders.
