Wow! What a wonderful time we had at our first Cacao Conversation with Luis Armando Choco of Toledo Belize, the Mayan tribe who grows our most dear Belizean Six Day ferment. Lots of questions, delicious chocolate and heart warming connection. We will do it again on Feb 2nd before he heads back to Belize.

Hi loves! Let us bring Christmas cheer to you and your loved ones. Zero white sugar and buckets of love here in the Harkins Theater Plaza. We love this time of year. We know the holidays can be hard and it is a perfect time to keep our hearts open through cacao's theobromine (vasodilator) and all the chemicals cacao calls on our bodies to make: seratonin (natural antidepressant), oxytocin ( the "love drug") and anandamide (the bliss molecule). It has been given to us for a reason. May we have a calm grace filled introspective and rich holiday season reaching internally, held by God.
Please know that we are available by appointment for our one and a half hour cacao class.
