Up, down and all around, but one thing is for sure according to a recent 2022 QSR magazine survey, 72 percent of diners in the study said they enjoyed the traditional waiter experience. In spite of the higher cost of doing so, respondents over the age of 45 said they were looking for a certain type of food, wanted to celebrate a special occasion, and craved the ambience and service of traditional tableside service --- waiters, ambience, human touches.
