Honest Post - this build is a part of a small PUD we are developing in Pigeon Forge, TN. This project has been a nightmare (too much to breakdown)….many learning curves for sure! I believe in this project- we are teamed up with the best investor and NO DOUBT this project will be profitable to all buyers looking to shop for a short term rental. Even though it was WAY too long of a road to get this particular house to completion- it is completed and it’s beautiful!
