Don’t be fooled by the misconception that it’s better to abide with vagabonds who expectedly lie to you, cheat, and steal from you for the sake of seeing it coming.

We can protect ourselves too much sometimes, and we never let anything in that may challenge our ability to see what’s coming.

Those close confidants that do the same, those that lay claim to your beliefs even, will hurt the most but will also allow for the best lessons to be learned.

So whether I’m to choose Barabbas or Judas, I’d choose Judas… at least I’d still be in good company long after Judas was gone and I’d learn along the way. Jesus chose twelve and one was a devil. How can anyone expect any less in a movement so large now?

For all of its flaws, all of its faults, for all of its seeming inconsistencies… I choose to be a follower. At the end of my life, my main desire is to hear, “Well done.” Not that I’ve done well, but that I never stopped trying with relentless passion to serve an audience of one.

Krystal Petro is no stranger to the group, in fact she has become a faithful attendee alongside her husband Joey Petro. (A long time Alliance Mentor)

Krystal has always exhibited a meek and calm spirit, and her presence alone has helped many to open up about their struggles. She is quick to offer words of encouragement and a hug to our female attendees when they need it most.

Likewise, Krystal has grown in her giftings while serving alongside her husband. On numerous occasions she has been used of God to pray for people with compassion and fervency in a way that touches the hearts of those she helps.

Let's give her a hearty welcome and show of appreciation for stepping into this new area of service.
