There are also a ton of you that didn’t get out to the expo this year that we missed greatly. Northern 3 1/4” white oak common #1 with Loba + whitener and a bunch of top step vents

Solid Ash Pre-finished Hardwood + Top Step Vents

Loving the as a decorative alternative to standard wooden flush mount vents. Lots more to come from this project 🚀🤘🏻

A couple of after and befores from roughing and buffing today. Nothing better than getting that old orange finish off of the floor! ✌🏻

Lock in and Lace in 🔒🤘🏻

This was a surprisingly solid match to the existing pre-finished hardwood that was here since 2007. Added about 800 SF and got any and all carpet that was in this home sent far away.

Hardcore Scallops

Just a 1x8 pine board, outlined with a frisbee, cut with a jig saw and attached with 3 hangar bolts to make this floating shelf

A beautiful character maple floor for my brother .farm 1890 farm house. He’s done some outstanding work restoring this home and we’re happy Hardcore Floor could be a part of it 🤘🏼
Stained with dark walnut and finished with easy prime, easy finish, and 2K Duo.

We got to bend some hickory for this beautiful project. A curved bar requires a curved border! What a process this was - can’t wait to do it again

Some fresh red oak with Loba whitener and 2k Invisible finish

Our first time bending wood coupled with getting rid of all that orange - what more could you ask for? We made these from solid 10 ft long pieces of 1x12 red oak. Stain is 3 parts weathered oak 1 part country white, topped with Loba easy finish. 😎🥵🤘🏻

Transitioning from that old nasty orange to a clean and timeless neutral look with Bona intense seal.

Dark Walnut to camouflage the stains 👍🏻 😎 obviously a tear out and replace is the best way to go but this is a much less expensive alternative!

Who doesn’t love a good ol’ dark brown stain 🥰

This was a fun one, a mixture of 2 1/4” red oak and 1 1/2” white oak. Just when you think you’ve seen it all…
p.s. provincial seems to be becoming one of our favorite colors
Sanded with and finished with gold

Well there’s a first for everything! We had the pleasure of sanding this old pre-finished engineered (possibly floating) floor and it turned out lovely. Sealed with Pall-X clear and finished with Pall-X Gold satin. 🤝🍞😤 Amazing that we were able to start with a 100 grit Blaze Belt on light pressure to remove the factory finish and flatten the floor without taking too much of that precious wear layer off.

A wise man once said “I could do a kick flip off of that massive hump in the floor”.

As much as we’d love to see that, we don’t actually want it in our finished product. Gotta sand those subfloor seams for a nice flat floor 🤘🏻😤

More lace-In content because this one was a doozy. 2 lace ins connecting the family room/dining room to the foyer and kitchen 🫣🫠

Appalachian red oak to match and patch this 1950s hardwood! Lace-ins with old and new wood together are never perfect but this one turned out pretty good 🫡 😎

Soooo whoever installed this floor cut a hole for a vent that is going to be terminated. We’re here to fix that 😮‍💨😎

Had a lot of fun making these square-nose treads out of 1x12 red oak!

Matched the existing floor with 75% silvered gray - 25% country white
