A new roof completed in Franklin.

Had to remove the old deck from the house. When the old deck was removed we found water had rotten the floor and walls on the house. A lot of repairs had to be made to the house before the new deck could be rebuilt.

Customer wanted a metal roof installed over the back patio of the house. We built the roof and installed the metal roofing.

Two custom built cabinets for art and paint supplies. A local artist needed more storage for paper and art supplies. The two cabinets will be painted white to match the trim in the room. The cabinets have adjustable shelves that will be installed.

New window installation.

New deck that was built.

New kitchen cabinet install and that is ready for the countertops.

We have been doing some commercial property maintenance on a building. The rubber roof had a couple of water leaks, the building hadn't been power washed in along time, and some of the exterior trim needed replaced because the wood was rotten.

This bathroom was completely renovated because of water damage from the shower. The floor was rotten and had termites also. A new shower unit, vanity, flooring, drywall, and toilet was installed. The bathroom walls are ready for the final coat of paint.

Versetta stone installation

Installed a new Anderson Window that is 10 feet long by 6 feet tall. Removed the smaller window and made the opening bigger for the new window.

New roof installation on this house. The original plywood was delaminating and not thick enough. All the decking was replaced with new thicker OSB decking. The brand of shingles are Owens and Corning Desert Tan.
