Happy Thanksgiving! Birds took a brine bath, were rubbed down, and off the smoke to rest.

Pork belly burnt ends, pork roast, and a little bit of savory with some sweet heat, jalapeños poppers! All layered with some Applewood and Pecan split wood smoke. My taste of fall.
