Nathan Hunt of Groundhog Mining and Milling Company, LLC, is scheduled to make significant progress this week in understanding Project Shambhala through a comprehensive on-site inspection.

Lead Geologist Justin Mistikawy, CEO Dave Bryant, Corporate Secretary Summer Bryant, and Dr. Michael Curran, our Head of Environmental Sustainability, are all on-site with Nathan. The team starts their day at "Site 1."

BYRG Permitting Update :

1. WY Game & Fish, have given us the notice to proceed.✅✅

2. Wyoming DEQ Air Quality Division has our permit in review status. 🔜

3. We are still waiting for a response from the Wyoming DEQ Land Quality Division. ⏲️

4. The Wyoming Forest Service did get back to us, but due to their full schedule, they have not had a chance to review the Plan of Operations. 🔜

Phase 1B Progress Report : OTCMKTS - BYRG

As of June 26, 2024, 167 soil samples have been collected from 161 localities (Figure1). To ensure QA/QC, six duplicates were also collected. Samples have been shipped to AAL in Sparks, NV, for PGE (IM-NF5) and multi-element (IM-4AB26) analyses. Overall, Phase 1B soil sampling went smoothly, a sample was collected relatively close to the originally proposed sampling sites, resulting in a neatly packed sampling grid.

Conditions in the field have been favorable, and roads are improving as the USFS has graded roads and removed downed trees that had been obstructing USFS Rd. 561. We have continued in the area north of Shambhala No. 71 Adit and east/north of Elk Creek. We anticipate completing Phase 1B soil sampling early next week.

We have submitted a new claim to encompass all the unclaimed ground around 71, providing additional space for equipment staging this spring and preventing unauthorized access during the ongoing permitting process.

The earlier we gain access, the longer the season lasts. Looking at the depths currently, we are optimistic that this could be a mild spring. The trend is working in our favor, and we might be able to gain access around mid-April *unless another storm moves in.
