Originally from Yoder, Wyoming, Jeff now calls Sheridan home, with his wife, whom he met just 10 days after moving here. Having attended tech school for draft and design in Perth, Australia for a year in civil and structural engineering, Jeff then worked at Schlegl Manufacturing for three and a half years, designing and building farm equipment.

Now as Craftco’s Principal Owner and Controller, Jeff enjoys seeing the variety of work the company gets to do and loves coming in every day with the fun and talented team he has been a part of for over 14 years. In his spare time, you will find Jeff gardening and working hard on his favorite hobby – growing pumpkins!

Before joining the Craftco team as a machinist, Joe was first introduced to Craftco when he was hired to plow snow from the Craftco property. It was then that we discovered he had a degree from Sheridan College Associates of Applied Science Machine Tool Technology. Joe was hired on, and loves the fact that his work is always changing and evolving. He has been with Craftco now for 9 years and has worked up to become the Machine Shop Supervisor. Joe loves to BBQ, spend time with his lovely wife, and play with their three children.

Craftco’s Operations Manager and minority Owner, JC, has been with the company since 2013. JC brings with him a BA in Engineering and Welding from the South Dakota School of Mines. Previously, JC worked in the mining industry for more than 12 years. When he isn’t hard at work, JC is camping and loves finding a new spot each time in the Bighorns. Having moved frequently throughout his life, when the
opportunity to work for Craftco came up, JC packed up and moved again to Sheridan where he has been
