May is FXB’s first ever MARATHON MONTH! Over the course of May, we challenge you to run or walk a marathon, ultramarathon, or megamarathon (for you crazy runners out there). For a $10 buy-in (cash or card), you will receive a shoe with your name on it to move around our “track,” hitting various checkpoints as you make progress throughout the month.
Participants can anticipate friendly competition 💪, SURPRISES 🤩, PRIZES 🥇🏆, and tapping into a new level of endurance and fitness over the next 31 days 🏃♀️🏃
Participants are responsible for tracking their own runs/walks as miles can be tracked outside of the gym ☀️ Get a group together and knock it out as a team.

Our member Brian just completed his 3-month nutrition journey and here’s what he has to say: Well, that was amazing. Today I had my final weigh in of my twelve (13) week nutrition program. My life has been changed. I have lost 21 lbs in the last 13 weeks, 31 lbs since July, and am down 45 lbs from 2 years ago. My body fat percentage went from 25% down to 18%. This program has changed my life, and I feel better than I have in 25 years. Anyone who needs nutrition coaching, come to my gym. Cindi Nikituk and Jake Spreigl are amazing and will not give you some copy and paste program that will not motivate you. Cindi dug in and worked with my likes and restrictions and found something that worked for me and my lifestyle. I cut my daily calories in half, and didn’t notice it after the third day. I ate well, and still enjoyed life and going out.
Besides those two, I’d like to thank Rebecca Spreigl , my other coach at 5A, who always motivates me to lift heavier. And my hugger crew, Gina and Barbra and Colleen for putting up with me. Jen for being the only one to beat me to the gym. Abi and Gabbie for always getting me in the door to have time to work on myself before class. Analeigh and Matt for always encouraging me. Heather for her own amazing transformation that made me think why not me why not now. And my the rest of my 5A family for making me believe I could do it too.
The last 14 months have changed my life and I couldn’t do it without all of you! Seeing that gym packed every morning, it is easy to get motivated and show up everyday. (76/78 days in the last 13 weeks!) Attendance is everything. It’s inspiring to see what happens when a room full (literally) of people working together on goals can accomplish!
Hard work pays off. And community can become family.
