Heart Health Day 2023

We had a great time at the third annual Heart Health Day on October 14! This event aims to serve our community by encouraging people to improve their overall cardiovascular health by providing them the tools necessary to adopt healthier lifestyle habits. This free community health fair offers attendees the opportunity to engage with healthcare professionals, researchers, and students in a fun, family-friendly environment while participating in various educational and exercise activities - Zumba is always popular and so much fun!

Heart Health Day is presented by LSU Health Shreveport, the Center for Cardiovascular Diseases and Sciences, and Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport.
