In just two long weekends we managed to cut down over 20 trees, cut them into 16ft lengths for milling, clear nearly half an acre of vines/brush and bring in 600 yards of fill to give this customer an entirely new yard. Walkway from last fall…

Before, and after construction. This walkway featured three tiers to overcome the difficult grade and water table. After installing granite steps, we closed the distance with our classic ‘Steel Mountain’ and charcoal border. We also added a hydrangea and fresh black mulch to compliment the new hardscape. This project is a true display of our craftsmanship, design, and ex*****on. We are still taking on customers for the late summer and fall. One day transformation. We replaced these outdated concrete steps and asphalt walkway with granite slabs and pavers.

Before, during, after. Driveway extension/ clean up to park large RV next to the house as opposed to the driveway. We also dug a 2ft deep trench with a down spout dry well along the back side of the garage to eliminate standing water. Lastly, we ripped out a row of ornamental grasses and installed some loam and seed for new grass. In just a day and a half we gave this customer what they needed to reclaim their driveway as well as fixing the their water problems. Thank you for viewing!

Our largest veneer project to date. Featured here is 900 sq ft of natural stone veneer in East Sandwich, Ma (Cape Cod) . We prepped the foundation with a bonding agent and began our work, carefully placing each stone in it’s permanent location. Adding stone veneer will change the look of your home entirely. In their place, we installed a variety of plants to create a natural fence and to bring this side yard back to life. A coat of loam was added as well to re grade and to sustain a new lawn. Before, during, and after construction. To begin, we dug out the previous failing walkway. Then relocated several large bushes to promote healthy growth and to “clean” up the bed. In place of mulch we installed our classic river rock bordered by cobbles. Lastly, an 85 ft meandering walkway encapsulated by mortared cobble stones. Another one of a kind hardscape brought to you by A.A Pennings Construction & Landscape. Before, During, After…This customer wanted a long term install that would only become more effective over time! Living on a busy street causes a tremendous amount of road noise, and limits privacy. After some planning and design, it was decided that 36 ’Green Giant’ Arborvitae would create an evergreen wall to seperate this wonderful home from traffic. To compliment the dark shade of green, we installed two Rhododendron bushes. Overtime, these ‘Green Giants’ will fill the void between them, guarding the home from constant view, and dampen road noise year round. We also planted a variety of other plants (28) to transform the entire landscape of this home permanently. Lastly, to make the new giants standout, we installed premium black pine mulch.
