Another successful directors meeting! ❤️ We shared info about teacher/employee and student evaluations, how we conduct them along with many other wonderful and helpful topics!

In our CMAECD group we share how we turn problems into opportunities.

Being a preschool Director supporting 10-40 teachers, enrolling 33-100 students and overseeing the daily operations of a preschool is no small feat.

We come together not as business competitors but as professionals experts in the field of Early Childhood Education. We share how we support the success of our teachers, our students and navigate working with the DEEC to have a healthy and successful school/daycare.

This group is a gift, a priceless resource to all EEC Directors in MA.
