Team Ginny Needs You
Team Ginny Needs YOU appreciates your visit. Our friend & loved one Ginny has end-state renal failure
We find heroes everywhere! Today Team Ginny visited the morning Rotary Club of Carpinteria, California. Rocky and Tony spoke about the impact of being a kidney donor and kidney recipient. Then we discovered their club already had two kidney donors. Wow! That is the power of Rotary.

Team Ginny - getting support from one of the greats!
Before he passed, the great Ed Asner visited the Rotary Club of Simi Sunrise when we did a fund-raiser showing of the movie โElf.โ Mr. Asner supported many great charitable causes, including his own Ed Asner Family Center. We were honored to get this photo of him with our Team Ginny rock. This rock has been on display here in Simi Valley and is a testament to our hope that we will find a living kidney donor for Ginny.

Hope and Inspiration
Team Ginny visits local organizations like Rotary clubs whenever we get a chance. Today at was special because our own Rocky Rhodes, who donated a kidney to save a life 5 years ago introduced us to Maria. Maria was the recipient of Rocky's stepmother's kidney 10 years ago and might not be here today if it weren't for the love shown to her by an altruistic donor. An altruistic donor donates to someone they donโt even know. Stepmom and Maria met later, after the life-saving donation, and that became Rockyโs inspiration to donate life also. Heroes are everywhere! ๐คฏ
