How the heck is July halfway through????
One of my self-care things is to just take time to sit and relax
Seriously so under-rated to just sit in silence and just rest
No phone, no screen, no distractions - Peaceful!
The drive to change, and to reach your goals has to come from within!
Since I've been walking more my calves are getting tighter, so I've been doing more soft tissue work to release them and try to relax a little.
What's your tight area?
Since starting my home office remodel a lot of the furniture is now in my Zen Den (yoga room) and it feels cramped, My practice has changed, more somatics, more restorative, both of which I need. But I can't wait for things to be done and get my zen space back!
