This exhibit intends to bring together a collection of works that play with themes of the dark, the supernatural, the bizarre, and the otherworldly, challenging perceptions and evoking a sense of wonder and unease. Serendipity Studio extends this invitation to visual artists desiring to participate in the “Creepy, Spooky, Eerie, and Strange” call for art. They share ideas and images to create a unique blend of artwork in a truly shared experience in each one of a kind piece. 👀👀 SEPTEMBER'S FEATURED ARTIST 👀👀 Introducing our Featured Artist for September- Angie Lennartson Angie is a self-taught acrylic-abstract artist whose passion for painting began in 2019. She is thrilled to share their artistic vision with the world. One of the aspects Angie truly relishes in her artistic process is the ever-present opportunity to experiment with new painting styles and techniques. This exploration enables her to stretch their creative boundaries and constantly evolve as an artist. Being part of a gallery that wholeheartedly supports the local art community in Sioux Falls elevates their excitement even more. Collaborating with fellow artists who are just as passionate about their craft provides a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development. 📣📣 ART CLASS ALERT 📣📣 Torn Paper Landscapes -a guided art class Hosted by Tara Barney Make a colorful and unique landscape - using paper, ribbon, markers, and more. Your finished piece can be as simple or complex as you like, as you are the one who completes the vision. All materials will be provided, or bring your own, to make your masterpiece. No experience needed, as the artist will be there to guide through the project.
