This was me for 32 years of my life...

I was raised to work hard and hustle, even if it meant burn out and exhaustion were sure to follow. I was taught to be a strong, independent woman who never needed a man to take care for her. I was modeled that a career was always more important than playing and pleasure and self care were words I never heard in our home.

And this isn't a call out on my parents, they simply did what was modeled to them in their homes growing up.

And that's the thing about it, isn't it? We only know what we know, and it isn't until we decide we want something more for ourselves, we want to experience life differently, that we make big, drastic changes.

Radiant soul, this is your reminder, that you get to do things differently too. You get to slow down. You get to see life for the beautiful, remarkable gift that it is. This is my death, decay and isolation era....

We often require a period of isolation before having a massive break through. The message I keep getting is Spring of next year, I will finally be able to emerge from this tightly wound cocoon where I've been shedding layers of decay and experiencing the death of certain parts of myself that I've been tightly holding on to.

When I first launched Underneath The Clothes, 5 years ago today, my goal was to share the knowledge I had on how to run a very successful business, without it running you. How to take back your life & how to hire the right people. How to understand your strengths & apply them to your business. I created AIM "All In Masterminds" & saw women, and their businesses, change & shift as they were heard, seen and understood by other women.

Two years later, we morphed into Business on Purpose. Again, working with women entrepreneurs but at a deeper level. I became Reiki attuned, & started weaving in spirituality & energy healing into my practice. I launched an online course dedicated to helping entrepreneurs hire the right people, I created a workbook on how to make it 10 years in business & I guided women into launching businesses and shifting and reorganizing the ones they had.

Fast forward another year, & after COVID had hit, I remember feeling a bit lost in what I was doing with my life. That's when My Purposeful Life came to be. I started helping women understand their God given strengths & how to find purpose and meaning in their life instead of just going through the motions. I become NLP, hypnosis and CORE Coaching certified & loved watching as women left their "safe" jobs to venture into what truly called them to their purpose in life.

And that brings us to where we are now: Awakened WOMB•AN.
A space that helps women heal from s*xual trauma, reconnect to their sacred womb space & discover euphoric bliss.

Some people may find shame in morphing 4 huge ways in only 5 years, but I'm really proud of this journey! I'm proud of the ways I've shown up & helped others. I'm honored to have been able to work with so many different women in all walks of life.

I know that each transformation brought me new aspects of healing, learning & growth.

I'm ecstatic knowing that I am finally on the highest path for me at this time. I've seen what awaits with Awakened WOMB•AN & it brings me to tears knowing what's to come. So much is going to transpire & unfold in the coming months!

If you ask my husband what he's learned the most over the past year, as I worked to heal from my past s*xual trauma, he would say to you the above quote.

And honestly, what a beautiful gift my past has given us. When we couldn't connect through physical touch because it was too triggering for me, we learned to connect deeply in new ways.

We learned to communicate and I mean REALLLLY communicate. We talked about deep topics such as our fears and our past hurts. We got vulnerable and shared the things we loved and didn't like about ourselves. We got curious about our goals and dreams. We planned trips so we could experience new cultures and opportunities.

And after months and months of just connecting, we started experiencing what it was like to build trust again in my body with soft touches and moving very slowly.

I learned to overly communicate exactly what felt good and what didn't, and when my body constricted in anyway we stopped. We approached times of physical intimacy with only one goal in mind, to build trust again.

Because even though it wasn't my husband that hurt me, it was the masculine I needed to build a loving, trusting relationship with again.

I can't even describe to you have grateful I am for my husband. For his patience, his understanding and his empathy. For all the times he held me, as I sobbed and he whispered to me, "it's okay" because my body, once again, told me no.

Some days, I thought it would be easier if I didn't have a husband to heal this trauma alongside. That if the only person I had to worry about was myself and my healing journey, I would have "gotten through this" so much faster and easier.

But as I started diving into my healing more and more, I discovered how truly grateful I am for having a man in my life who cares so deeply for my soul and my healing. Who doesn't push me when I'm not ready. Who doesn't make me feel bad for the fact that we weren't intimate for over 7 months. He has been and is such a huge role in my healing.

Thank you, my love. I don't know that you'll ever understand the depth of how much you've helped me. ❤️

As I'm coming up on a year since I started my two year long Womb Healing education, I thought it would be really fun to do some interesting math!

1️⃣ - Most of us live in our heads and minds, not in our bodies. We're more connected to our masculine energy of goal setting and doing, rather than just being in the moment.
