I came. I saw. I crafted.

I finally got around to making a much needed hat rack. There are hooks for keys and a spot to hang sunglasses as well.

This poor dresser spent almost 6 years living in the garage until I found a home for it. Now he'll be my new coffee bar/much needed storage.

I spent the afternoon, many buckets of Murphy Oil soap, and a lot of elbow grease, to breathe new life into it.

On the to do list yet is to put some lighting underneath the cabinet, find a power strip, and find different k***s. Oh, and to fill all the drawers!

I couldn't find a wreath I liked, so I made one! Love how it turned out!!

Don't get your tinsel in a tangle trying to find the perfect Christmas gift for a loved one! I am now taking orders for one of a kind gifts that will be treasured for years.

I haven't done many shadow boxes, and I don't know why. They're so fun.

Sawdust is better than glitter any day.

I'm cutting up a 4x4 to make into pumpkins at 4-H tomorrow, and I think my board is possessed.

It's past time to start my Halloween crafting. This washtub will hold treats for any adult trick or treaters I get this year. I don't know why, but getting the vinyl to stick to the tub was an epic pain in the butt. All in all, I'm very happy with how it turned out.

I almost forgot post the shirts I made for my husband for Father's Day! The black shirt was my kiddo's idea. The white one was my idea. Who's was better?

The kiddo and I volunteered to lead the group project at 4-H today, and we picked coasters. It's a super simple project: you color ceramic tiles with Sharpies, then drip rubbing alcohol over the tile. The alcohol makes the colors bleed together. After the alcohol evaporates, you can seal it with spray lacquer.

I love how all these turned out. Each one is as unique as the artist.

I still have a bunch of tiles left, so relatives might be getting coasters for Christmas projects.
