The first cleaning today was for a young gentleman (88 years old)

He has an apartment above a garage and has an elevator lift at the end that he uses since he can't do stairs anymore.

He left me a check and went off to do errands, told me to lock the door on the way out. The deck was so slippery that I almost slipped a few times setting up the hoses.

I didn't have the correct tools and equipment on the truck to clean the wood deck, but was able to do a good job getting the dirt and algae off the steps and path to the lift for him.

Hope this is a nice surprise for him to see when he gets back home. Sometimes doing things for others helps me more than them.

Cleaning natural stone after some messy painters & drywall installers is not an easy task.

Dust, dirt, plaster, and paint gets compacted into the pores of the stone and mortar. Our machine is able to vacuum the loose materials and flush out the stone safely.

This room was a challenge. Lots of slime experiments, markers, and ink spots. Client was not expecting it to come out, but wanted it to be clean.

All of the ink and marker spots came right out with our pure citrus formula and this silly putty slime experiment took some time and extra work, but finally released and came out without damaging the carpet fibers.

Love when it's a home run. It's a win for our clients and a win for us because we were able to save their floors and make them happy.

Coffee spills and foot traffic had this office needing the best!

We delivered and they were impressed 😁
