A huge shout-out to my buon amico Chef Anthony of CapriFlavors Italian Market . This great Italian Prosecco was a birthday gift and I finally got to pop the cork. To feel the bubbles in your mouth that this goodness has, you'd have to chew on 3 Fizzie tablets at once. Cheers, Brother!

Hey, capones fans!!! Just a reminder, we will not be at the Food Truck Spot today, we will be serving up our beef and dogs at the blacksog bottle shop at 140 W Holly Springs Rd today for their anniversary celebration!!!! We'll be there from 2-5, come on by and grab a dog or two, and a pint!

Attention Capones fans!! We know it's been a few days since we've been open. We've been locked in a room doing some hard-core negotiations with Guido and the boys.
After all the hard, long hours of negotiations, we've worked on a great new weekly schedule
Starting tomorrow, we will be at the Food Truck Spot at 312 S Mason St Thurs, Fri & Sat 11am-4pm.
Thursday nights, we will be at The Backyard Bar on 64 from 5-10 and Sundays from 2-9.

But wait, there's more....... this weekend, we will be at Blackdog bottle shop in Holly Springs for their anniversary event. Saturday 2-5 & Sunday 1-4. (So no food truck spot Sat)
We're excited to be at 2 different spots to serve our amazing beef and chicago dogs.

We wanted to share an update about what we've been up to AND where things are heading.

When we were forced to unexpectedly move from our Holly Springs & Penny Rd location in April after almost 5 years due to a Wake County Zoning Issue, we took a HUGE financial punch to the gut - we saw our monthly Gross Revenue decline by over 50%. That sort of a hit requires serious adjustments if you hope to survive. We've tightened up where we can, but have NEVER, nor will we EVER, sacrifice quality to make the numbers work. And what doesn't kill us only makes us stronger, so buckle your skates, Capone is up to his ()*)&)_, the same as always!

We were very fortunate to have met the great people at Mr. A's Beignets at an event that we were both working at in 2020 and we've been friends ever since. We moved to their lot at 312 S. Mason St. in Apex in April and have been there since. (They WERE our life-saving parachute from our Zoning Dept "plane crash" ☠️☠️.

SO - what does the future hold for us? Lots of exciting things! We will be remain at Mr. A's and will begin our new extended Thur-Sat hours there next week. In addition, we will be at The Backyard Bar on Thursdays & Sundays for some NFL Under the NC Sky nights. All new parking area, beer garden area with plenty of covered seating, etc are just a few of the changes that you'll see at The Backyard Bar NC.
