Placenta Ice Cubes for smoothies are a great way to get a higher dose and boost since it’s not dehydrated. Placenta encapsulation is still a great way to get back your nutrients, vitamins, B6 , B12, Iron and especially your hormones.

You can do both cubes and pills. I would suggest a weeks worth of cubes at least and finish out with pills or only use cubes when you really need a boost in energy or feeling down.
