Lake Cumberland Art Association updated their business hours.

Hello everyone. Here at LCAA have classes for $10 per person for 2 hours. Or you can come by and see our volunteers painting on the Veranda. We are also having a Sale buy one get one 50% off. (This excludes artists art work). We have many different types of arts here at our studio. While your at the car show come on down across from the library.
These 2 ladies are amazing. Can’t wait for them to come back. 

Come by and check out the New Gallery. We’re here and taking your Artwork on consignment. We do a 30% consignment fee once the item sales. This helps keep the Gallery open and to fund upcoming art classes.

Alright art fans its 4 1/2 days till the first cruise of the season. We will Have Jadan Trammell as live musician of the day. We also have our newest member of the Association, Nick Centers will have a table setup with his prints for Sale. They are defintly worth purchasing. We also have Jenn N Chris Trammell's Angel wings candles and a couple of her wreath's. Debra M Redden will also have her Corn Shuck doll's and Rose's for sale at the gallery. There is photo's from Shawn Edwards who is very talented photographer specializing in nature. We are hoping to add more by this Saturday, we'll keep you posted. Again come and see us during Cruise, we are located right across from the Public Library @ 211 South Main St. Health Markets building.

Come by the gallery and check out Jadan Trammell he's an awesome singer. We have Candles by Angel Wings which are $7 for the jar candles and $3 and $7 for tarts, Crosses by Kevin Hansford for $35 a piece, Nick Centers is here with his Prints, that are only $15 a piece. We have Shirts, hats and Blankets by Suzanne Harris. Which includes some tye-dyed Harley Davidson shirts, for $25 each. All other tye-dye shirts are 2 for $30 or $20 a piece. Blankets are $15 a piece. plus Kathy Ragle is here with her crafts and her books for sale.

Come one, Come all… Big or small, Young or Old. At LCAA we are having Santa’s Workshop every Saturday, beginning the first Saturday in November through December all the way up to Christmas Eve. We have multiple unique handcrafted gifts for all your loved ones. If you buy for someone that has everything and is hard to buy for, then we have the gifts for you. We have a large variety of presents available and we are even offering Christmas Present Wrapping as well for a small fee. Plus, if you see something that you like and want to learn how to make it for yourself, we will set you up into a class and teach you how to do it for yourself. Children will automatically get a 50% discount when they bring money to shop for their families and we are offering them an opportunity to learn how to barter with us to get their gifts at a cheaper price. So come see us and see all that we have to offer… gifts or lessons (no matter the stage of your talent). We are a community of families looking to advance the community.

Tomorrow is our Kids Night life from 6-8pm. Come check us out. We are going to have a group pour painting on big pumpkins. Make sure everyone wears old clothes and shoes. We are located right across from Somerset Library, brick building in the back. It will be a great way to come inside out of the rain and cold for some great fun. We also want to THANK DecoArt Inc. for all the paint they donate to us so we can have free Monday Painting and for our Kids Days. We will be offering food and snacks. We will be here waiting with our bells on.

Don't forget on Saturday we are having our Kids Night Life. Remember to ware a black shirt. We are going to be having all kinds of fun. PLEASE WEAR OLD CLOTHS AND SHOES!
For parents that want to come your are more then welcome to join. For those that would like to drop off there kids is perfectly safe and ok. We have many adults and enough actives to keep the kids busy.

A place to learn and relax through arts and craft, LCAA is a place for all ages and abilities. We offer instruction along with a place to buy unique handcrafted gifts as we support local artists and crafters. Some of the things that we offer are painting (whether you are a beginner or an abounding artist we have something for you), jewelry making of different avenues, along with many other crafts. Some of the events coming up are:
Kids Day - October 30th 3:00-6:00 pm Art, fun, and food.
Wear a black shirt for an exciting surprise art project. Kids may be dropped off and picked up at the end of the event. Parents are welcome to stay.

Santa Shop - Every Saturday Starting in November through December 25th till 5pm for wrapping and till 7pm for purchases. Buy handcrafted gifts from our store that’s been done by local artists, volunteers, and students for family and friends. Children can make purchases at half price or less.

We are also offering Christmas wrapping for those that are working or are unable to wrap presents for a cheap fee. Prices vary due to size.

Sorry for such a late notice but Monday and Tuesday we are going to be closed. Due to up coming holidays we are needing to rearrange the studio. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
We will reopen Wednesday at regular hours 12-7pm.

Hello everyone. This is Jessica, Marty's wife. Would like to thank everyone for there support during his passing. I have taken over his studio with the help of Konnie Massey and David Tucker. This place would not be open without these two. I had came down with covid myself during the same time. It wasn't good had pneumonia a long with it. My son stepped up and helped me. Family dropped off stuff for me and him.
I trying to get us back on track with the studio/gallery. We are working on getting our class schedule up for this month. Keep looking under events to see what we our doing next. We are going to be introducing some new classes so keep check for up dates.

Elementary, middle school and high school homeschool students. Working today in beginner painting. Thanks to DecoArt Inc. for supplying the paint. A big thank you to David Tucker and Konnie Massey. They love teaching these kids. Here at our studio we like to help kids and seniors to home a craft or use it to relax. We love showing them there are better ways to deal with life is not so great. We also have another affiliate Book & Thinks - The Writing Nook. They help with writing, journaling, author and publishing. Come out and see us at 211 S. Main St. across from Somerset Library. We are around back. Can’t wait to see you.

With a really heavy heart we laid my husband (Marty Wiles), a son, father, brother, uncle and son-in-law to rest today. He had complications due to covid. His body just couldn’t fight anymore. As much as I am heart broken I know I have to fight too keep his dreams. So as I’m stepping in too his place I ask for everyone to be patient with me as I transition.
Also if your were working with Marty on any project please let know. Thank for all the help I have gotten from the art community. 

It's a Happy Heavenly Birthday tomorrow on September 10th for Marty Wiles. Please come out and celebrate his memories with us. It's an OPEN HOUSE at the Lake Cumberland Arts Association from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Come in when you can.
