Our latest enhancement, the Old 'Governors Mansion' in downtown Somerset, was constructed in 1903 or 1904 and is a stunning example of historic architecture. We were honored to help a lifelong friend update the curb appeal of this iconic home.

•Removed several plants/trees/ flowers/ w**ds & removed around 4-ton of river rock!

•Installed 4 Red Obsession Nandina’s out front.

•Installed 3-ton of Coal.

The nephew showed out something serious in his final prep season!!!!

Kam Hughes named Male Athlete of the Year Somerset senior Kam Hughes had a tremendous season on the football field, rushing for 2,005 yards with 35 touchdowns while totaling 95 tackles and six interceptions on the defensive end,

Looking to hire 2 laborers that have an experienced background in landscaping/hardscaping from residential to commercial properties!!! Start paying is $15 hr. but would quickly bump to $20-$25 hr depending knowledge and work ethic!!!

Here are some photos of the ground breaking Goodwill and Branscum Construction done this past week in Somerset Ky.
Although it’s gonna be 6+ months away, we here @ Gumm Lawn & Land are looking forward to getting on this project and excited to put together such an extensive landscaping package for our friends at Branscum!!!
