Hey Y'all... So I have a surprise that will be coming to the page either today or tomorrow. I have never tried this before and hope you all enjoy it! Do you know what I may be doing?

Keto Friendly meal here and it was so different to make.

Cabbage Alfredo

Ingredients:
1 head of cabbage 💚
1 package of smoked sausage/kielbasa 🤎
1 small bottle of Heavy Cream 🍶
1 block of cream cheese 🤍
Cover with Mozzarella Cheese 🧀
Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese 🧀
Sprinkle Garlic Powder 🧄
Sprinkle Salt 🧂
Sprinkle Pepper 🖤

Slice your cabbage, put in casserole dish.
Slice and cook your meat and out in casserole dish.
Add your cream cheese
Add heavy cream
Add all seasonings and cheeses to the casserole dish.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Serve and enjoy.

Challah Bread and slice it 🥐
3 Eggs 🥚
1 cup of milk 🥛
Sprinkle if cinnamon 🤎

Fry it up, syrup it, and serve with either eggs or nutritious fruit in the side. Easy breakfast to make when needed. Very delicious to.

Scrumpdiliumptious Cupcakes made in honor of a wonderful woman who is watching from above. These as long as some amazing you're good and delicious create were made to celebrate her life this past weekend. Below are the ingredients.

Batter:
Devils Food Cake Box Mix 🍰
French Vanilla Cake Box Mix 🍰

Follow instructions and add in ingredients.

Filling/Infusion:
2 lb. Of strawberries 🍓
1 cup of cheesecake filling 🤍
3 Small cont. Of raspberries 🍒
1 cup sugar in each fruit 🤍

Chop strawberries, mash, then add cheesecake filling, and mix well then let it chill while cupcakes bake and cool.

Put raspberries in a bowl, add a cup of sugar, mash, and mix well. Then place in fridge and let it chill while cupcakes are baking and cooling.

Save a certain amount of strawberries and raspberries for the topping.

Cream Cheese Icing:
12 oz. Cream cheese, room temp. 🤍
12 Tbsp. Of Unsalted Butter 🧈
3 1/2 cups of Confectioner Sugar 🤍
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract 🤎
1-2 Tbsp. Of either Heavy Cream or Milk 🥛
Pinch of Salt 🧂
Food Coloring Optional
Followed recipe x2 for both different cupcakes.

Using your saved strawberries and raspberries place one on top of each cupcake.

Rigatonni Spaghetti

Some easy and simple whipped up tonight 😋

Made some homemade garlic bread

All you need is:

Fresh Bakery Italian loaf bread 🥖
2-4 Tbsp. Of Butter 🧈
1-2 Tbsp. Of Minced Garlic 🧄
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese 🧀
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese 🧀
Sprinkle Italian seasoning 🧂
Sprinkle Garlic Powder 🧄
Sprinkle Parsley 🌿

Bake at 350 for 12 minutes, cut, serve, and enjoy.

Just had some DELICIOUS Coffee Cake with cream cheese icing. Hit the spot after the soup.

1 Cup Honey 🍯
1 Cup Orange Juice (no pulp) 🍹
Dash of cinnamon 🤎
Dash of cumin 🤎
Dash or Oregano🌿
3 Tbsp. Mince Garlic 🧄
3-4 Bat leaves 🌿
4 chopped mini jalapenos 🌶

Tonight would have ended with a really flat and restricted meatloaf if it weren't for momma and daddy noticing about no breadcrumbs with the meatloaf mixture. So daddy here had to run up to good one DG ( Dollar General) and get binder for the meat. No breadcrumbs there so we went with an oldie but a goodie binder. Crackers.

For Vegetable Meatloaf we used saltine crackers.
For Cheese of Cheesy Meatloaf we did cheez it's.

Vegetable Meatloaf:
1 lb. Ground beef 🐂🥩
2 Eggs 🥚
1 pack of crushed Saltine Crackers 🍘⚪
2 Chopped Green Bell Peppers 🟢
1 Chopped White Onion 🧅
Kinders Meatloaf Seasoning 🧂
Ketchup 🔴

Cheese of Cheesy Meatloaf:
1lb. Ground Beef 🐂🥩
2 Eggs 🥚
1 cup shredded cheese 🧀
2 Cups crushed White Cheddar Cheez It's
Kinders Meatloaf Seasoning 🧂

Homemade Scalloped Potatoes:
8-10 Golden Potatoes peeled and sliced 🥔
Milk 🥛
Flour 🤍
American cheese 🧀
Parmesan Cheese 🧀
Shredded cheese 🧀
Parsley 🌱
Salt 🧂
Pepper 🖤

Other sides green beans and corn but you do what feels right after all it is your food.

Okay.... We all have failed attempts with some recipes... Here is one ofnmine. This past weekend I tried to make the second image, funny story to this.

I was in the kitchen this weekend chopping and cooking away. It got time to cook the rice and the recipe I followed as in post and it said just out your ice plain and within the pot. So I did that. Did not work out as planned. Hahaha. All ingredients were in the pot and it cooking.... It took forever for the rice to cook and it was torture waiting. During time of waiting looked it up and it takes the rice I used 1 hour and 30 appreciated took, it just tripled my cooking time. So what was supposed to turn out easy and turned out long and tough. But we turned second image into something else for now. You got Louisiana Gumbo well here is Kentucky Gumbo. Haha gonna try again another time and I will post recipe correctly.

Ingredients:
4 raw chicken breasts 🍗
Rice of choice if you want do precooked to avoid long cooking time. 🍚

Chicken broth 🍶
4 chicken breasts baked 🍗
Salt 🧂
Pepper 🖤
Parsley 🌿

Dumplings:
4 cups of Flour 🤍
1 Tbsp. Of baking powder 🤍
3/4 cup of milk 🥛
1/3 cup of vegetable oil 🍶
Sprinkle Salt 🧂
Sprinkle Pepper 🖤

Roast beef and carrots, peaches n cream corn, 7 layer salad, and homemade mashed potatoes and gravy.

Ingredients: Roast beef and carrots

1 Chuck Roast 🥩
1 pack of carrots 🥕
1 Beef Seasoning mix 🤎
1 box of beer broth 🤎

Ingredints for homemade mashed potatoes and gravy:

1 bag of Russet/Golden Potatoes
Butter 🥔
1 Small bottle of heavy whipping cream 🤍
Salt 🧂
Pepper 🖤

Gravy:
Beef broth from crockpot or instant pot 🤎
Flour 🤍

Peaches n cream corn cooked with butter, salt, and pepper

Then 7 layer salad on the side look back previously for recipe.

Made a couple of favorites.....

Here we have a side of jambalaya and BLT macaroni salad.

Ingredients for Jambalaya:

2 boxes of Mexican Rice 🥘
Following with water and butter 💙🧈
Polish Sausage cooked and sliced or cubed 🥩
Follow directions on the box

Ingredients for BLT Macaroni Salad

1 Box of Elbow Macaroni 🤍
1 Pack of Bacon 🥓 then chop finely
1 Chopped Green Pepper 💚
1 bunch of chopped Romaine Lettuce 🥬
1 Chopped Tomato 🍅

Ingredients for dressing

1 cup of Mayonnaise 🤍
3 Tbsp. Of White Vinegar 🍶
Sprinkle Black pepper all over🖤
Sprinkle Salt all over🧂
1 Tbsp. Dill seasoning 🌱
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder 🧄

Once you boil your noodles allow them to cook in your bowl or container.

In meantime cook bacon, dice vegetables. Once your bacon is cooked chop as well.

Once you have all stuff cooked and chopped them combine with macaroni and dressing mix together well and then enjoy.

Dressing up mom made life, one salad at a time.

Here we have a 7 Layer Salad 🤭😂🤫

Ingredients:
Chopped Romaine Lettuce 🥬
1 Full Diced Red Onion 🧅
Frozen Peas microwaved 💚
1 chopped tomatoes 🍅
Dressing down below
Whole small pack of bacon bits 🥓
3 chopped hard boiled eggs 🥚
Shredded mild cheddar cheese 🧀

Dressing
1-2 cups of mayonnaise 🤍
1/2 cup of sugar 🤍
Mix or blend well together

If you would like top with some croutons 🍞

Lettuce be grateful for fresh and crunchy salads. 🥗

This is not my find it creation but it is mommas.

Ingredients:

Pack of Chickpeas (be sure to boil for 2-5 min. Then let rest on paper towels🧆
1 Diced Red Onion
2 Cubed English Cucumbers 🥒
1 Chopped Green Bell Pepper 💚
1 chopped Red Bell Pepper 🌶
1 can of corn 🌽
1 can of black beans 🖤
2 diced avocados 🥑
2 Chopped Tomatoes 🍅
1 cont. Feta Cheese 🧀

Dressing:
1-2 cups olive oil 🍶
Tbsp. Of Garlic Powder 🧄
Tbsp. Of pepper 🖤
Tbsp. Salt 🧂
Tbsp. Oregano ☘️

Garnish:
Cilantro 🌱🌿

Once you diced/chop all your vegetables mix them into a bowl. Add your dressing and then mix more.. Once you are all done garnish with your cilantro either fresh or from a jar you choose. 🤗

Here we have the Lemon Lush dessert.

The layers go in the order of crust, lemon pudding, whip cream, and finally Graham cracker crumble with lemon zest.

Ingredients:

Base
1 cup crushed pecans 🌰
1 pack Graham cracker crushed 🍘
1 1/2 sticks of butter melted 🧈

Mic all together and then press down in own evenly.

2nd Layer
Pack of Lemon pudding 🍋
3 cups of milk 🥛
Mix together well

3rd layer
Whip cream 🍶
Spread evenly through

4th Layer
Half a pack of crushed Graham crackers 🍘
1 lemon for zesting 🍋

Then in the fridge for at least an hour, and if you make night before an event then leave in fridge while night to set.

Here is a little story to the name.... Whole goal was to try and make Quesadillas but some like having all the veggie goodness with this food. BTW that would be Lenea Hensley who loves some many different veggies. So I made an everything Quesadilla for her bit then she also said she was getting a Fajita vine which led to me naming this fish the Quesafajita.
