Today, the Todd Family of Businesses had the honor of hosting Pulaski County High School's Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) for an exciting day of exploration and inspiration! As a collective force comprising Todd Steel Buildings, Todd Metals, and Todd Truss, we were thrilled to open our doors to the future leaders of tomorrow.

Our dedicated department heads, representing each facet of our family of businesses, provided an inside look at our operations and shared their expertise with these bright and inquisitive minds. It was incredible to witness the passion and determination of these young individuals as they asked insightful questions and engaged wholeheartedly.

Open position desired abilities include:

- Create and maintain a customer base

- Provide detailed attention to customer needs

- Maintain customer accounts

- Closely manage the sales process from qualifying to closing

- Strong communication skills, open to training

- Shop drawings and reports for in-house fabrication and production teams

- Er****on drawings and bill of materials for field construction use

Located in Somerset, KY, Todd Family of Businesses is in search of an order fulfillment / general laborer for Todd Metals, Inc.

Open position duties & abilities include:

- Fulfill trim orders from stock
- Package orders ready for shipment
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks
- Perform general warehouse duties to ensure a clean and safe work space
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Stand / Walk for 8 hour shift
- Lift / Carry up to 50 lbs for short distances
- Read customer order slip (English)

A candidate with light industrial experience is preferred but not essential.

This position is in a manufacturing production environment, and offers occasional overtime and advancement opportunities. Paid holidays, paid vacation, and full benefit packages, including company matched retirement to all employees upon eligibility.

• Welding steel structural parts as specified per drawing or print in accordance with established standards
• Weld variety of thicknesses, usually an inch or less
• Operating MIG welder and gouger
• Full visual inspection of part ensuring all welds are in place and properly applied.
• Effectively communicating with upstream and downstream to address safety, quality and efficiency issues/concerns.

- Assisting with selecting and installing coils based on production schedule.
