A month ago I (Rocket) had my very first dental cleaning! 🦷🪥✨ I had my four bottom incisors removed! They were wobbly and had lost their connectivity so was time for them to go! Now I will be more comfortable 😌 Thank you for Dr. Peta and all the nurses and VAs from - Westport for taking such good care of me 🥰❤️

Happy (belated) Birthday! 🎂
I can’t believe you are 9 years old! I remember the day we got you so clearly. I remember the shock my brother was in when we called to tell him while he was away at college. We weren’t planning on getting another dog but you found us. I remember my mom thinking the name Rocket would be so weird. It turned out to be a very fitting name for you. 🚀
I miss you so very much while I’m here in Boston.
I wish I could bring you with us but you are a very anxious boy. Plus, our other new dog (Sophie) loves you so much. It makes me incredibly happy to see how much you’ve grown to love her. How you let her sit on you. You haven’t let another dog do that since Mickey’s passing. Mickey was your big brother and I know you still probably miss him a lot too. He took care of you and now you take care of Sophie.
Besides your graying face, I wouldn’t even think you’re 9 now. You still run around with so much speed. You don’t miss a beat.
Besides your crankiness, you are a good dog to our family and big doggy brother to Archie, Luna and Sophie. Mickey loved you very much as his little bro 👼🏻.

3 Days post dental! Finally fully back to myself fun goofy self!! ✨🦷
Mom told me that I had a tooth extraction! 😱 Apparently the front tooth that has been missing forever broke off and healed over itself and was still under my gums!!
Mom want to be safe and have it removed so there would be no chance of me getting an infection or abcess later on in life. She’s always looking out for me. ❤️
Anesthesia made me a lazy boy a few days after but I got a bunch of kisses and cuddles from mom and dad 🥰
My grandpawrents even sent me get well treats! 🍬 Mom said I have to wait to eat them because they are bit hard and my mouth may not be ready yet 🥹

A little throwback!!
At the beginning of the new year, my big brother came to visit me! 🚘
He had some vet appointments to attend with mom. 🩺🏥
I’ve been missing him since he was picked up by our grandpawents.
Mom said he lives with them because the city life it too scary for him 😖One day, when we move out of the city we will get to live together again! 🏡
