Today we started a concrete grind color and seal job. This is the first section. The floor was originally sealed with a topical finish that didn’t last. We ground the concrete clean then applied some color, and added a densifier to harden the concrete, then added a penetrating sealer. This floor will hold up for many years now.

This year The Five Claw team acquired a new carpet cleaning rig to better serve our customers. Dave our technician is super excited about because we can do a deeper cleaning, with much hotter water and better suction. Thus we can do our service more efficiently, and have much shorter dry times. This means that we provide high quality service no matter the time of year and short dry times even when it’s raining. Which we hope to have plenty of this winter!
