Project PCT update! 🥾 Riordan just reached 1,000 miles on the trail! This week, he’s reflecting on the beauty of the Sierra Nevada and our amazing partnership. Read on for some of his experience, and head to this page to learn more and donate: alchemy-lab.org/project-pct “On July 16, myself and a few other hikers that I've been traveling with, crossed mile 1,000 on the PCT! It's a strange feeling for us all, as the miles blend together and time seems to behave differently on the trail. Over the past few weeks, we've battled altitude, rugged mountain passes, snow, mosquitos, long food carries with difficult resupply routes, torrential rain, and ground-shaking lighting storms. The Sierra is one of the most beautiful places I have had the pleasure of exploring. That being said, it is also the most humbling. Being here in the Sierra makes me proud that Alchemy Lab has partnered with the Sierra Nevada Alliance in an effort to use the story of my journey to raise awareness and funding for the very wilderness I've been immersed in now. If you too have been left speechless by a pristine wilderness and would like to help us preserve the natural resources of the Sierra Nevada, please consider donating to the GoFundMe in my bio!“ #SierraNevadaAlliance #SierraNevada #SavetheSierra #Sierra #Conservation #Stewardship #Community #Environment #Activism #ClimateAction #ClimateJustice #ClimateChange #Adventure #PacificCrestTrail #AlchemyLab #ProjectPCT

PCT update! 🥾 Riordan just passed 700 miles and has entered the Sierra Nevada! This week, he’s reflecting on activism and action during his time on the trail. Read on for some of his experience, and head to this page to learn more and donate: alchemy-lab.org/project-pct “One of the beautiful things about Activism is that there isn't much of a rule book. Sure, there are strategies that might be more effective than others. But, what it really comes down to is one's genuine desire to make a positive impact. By combining this genuine desire with one of your passions, you are effectively joining together different communities in an organic way. As they grow, so does the opportunity for fundraising, idea sharing, and the potential to make a meaningful difference. Whatever your mission might be, it's important to take the leap and start sharing your story with others. You might be surprised by who is willing to listen! “ #SierraNevadaAlliance #SierraNevada #SavetheSierra #Sierra #Conservation #Stewardship #Community #Environment #Activism #ClimateAction #ClimateJustice #ClimateChange #Adventure #PacificCrestTrail #AlchemyLab #ProjectPCT
