Have you tried our Sweet Italian Frying Peppers? They have a thin tender flesh with a sweet mild flavor. They are delicious eaten whole, sautéed, grilled, charred, fried, baked and stuffed. When cooked, they produce complex yet delicate roasted flavors. They’re easy to prepare, full of vitamin C, and pepper connoisseurs love them!
