Guess what!! If you have a small child that can still fit in a stroller they are more than welcome to come.

They will need to be in their stroller during the workout or depending on the movement you can hold your child as well. For their safety, unfortunately we cannot have any kids running around or sitting outside of the stroller during the workout.

2.) Do we have to know how to play? Absolutely NOT! This is just for fun and you will learn the basics during practice.

3.) When is practice? Tuesdays 6:45pm-8:15pm and Saturdays 10am to 11:15am

4.) When do we start practice? First day is August 6th

5.) How old do I have to be? 21 and up!
