🚨☕️NORTH FORK ROASTING CO. IS HIRING! ☕️🚨 Our Southold & Westhampton Beach coffee shops are looking for organized, efficient, creative, fun and friendly baristas to join our team. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and tasty coffee drinks, we want you to come dazzle our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating friendly relationships with customers and fellow employees while ensuring prompt service of our delicious beverages and food. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Greet customers • Accurately input orders into POS system • Make drinks and food according to set recipes • Deliver customer orders in a timely manner • Inform customers about our different types of coffees and blends • Provide enthusiastic advice about products • Work with other employees to ensure an excellent customer experience • Maintain cleanliness of all public areas • Maintain good personal appearance at all times • Other jobs as necessary • Adhere to strict sanitization procedures and guidelines QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 1 year of experience preferred but for the right candidate we are happy to train • Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient when busy • Flexibility and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed • Willingness to memorize a number of drinks and their ingredients • Enthusiasm for all things coffee • Creative and fun • Eager to learn EMAIL [email protected] TO APPLY!
