We are just TWO WEEKS away for our camp. There is still time to sign up. This will be a fun experience and it will give your girls a chance to learn about wrestling. Can’t wait to see you all on July 12th.

These girls will always have a bond

We will be taking pictures at State again this year. Send me a message if you like info. I will be there for high school state Feb 16-17th and open state Feb 18th.

Spanaway Lake lady’s took 4th as a team today. We took 13 lady’s and 3 alternates, with 1 of our alternates, making it in. Super proud of how hard these ladies worked this year. We have four moving on to the Dome next week with a few alternates going.

These 4 lady’s have punched their tickets to next week at the Dome. So proud of all of our Spanaway lake girls wrestlers.

Finals time

Congratulations to the Spanaway Lake Boys wrestling team for taking 3rd at subs and for sending 11 boys onto next weekend with 3 alternates.

It’s Jr wrestling League time. Arieana is going for 1st and 2nd.

Proud to say that Spanaway Lake girls and boys wrestling team took the trophy 🏆 back home. They both took first at the Military Duals today.

These lady’s worked hard over this weekend. Things didn’t go as planned. But they came out with things to learn from. It’s back to the mat on Monday and work on the things that need to be done. This group of lady’s are so much fun to be around.
