You want to be snatched and have a hourglass figure but you must be kind to your skin after liposuction & tummy tuck .
Waist training during your 3 month post op phase can deprive your body from oxygen. This can result in low energy
& discomfort, passing out, fluid buildup, inflammation, Faja
BURNS, denting, necrosis & deformity. Binding yourself in a corset after surgery also restricts your lymphatic system, which relies on deep breathing & normal range of motion
to properly remove waste products & toxins from your body.
Resort to a garment that will allow your skin to breathe while providing proper compression to allow the skin to retract, your skin to breathe & your body to heal. If your FUPA is poking out of your Faja without any compression, you will heal that way.

If you have necrosis after a tummy tuck , immediately stop the use of your boards & faja & reach out to your plastic surgeon. I know it can be stressful & at times you can’t always go back to your surgeon. Don’t stress , call your primary care doctor & ask for a referral to wound care. Yes you need to see wound care, necrosis will not heal on its own & will only continue to grow. You should also stop any massage until wound is cultured to assure there isn’t any infection & we are not spreading it around your belly ! If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me❤️

There is a big difference between using cavitation & using ultrasound therapy.
Ultrasound therapy is used to heal while cavitation has no benefits of healing after a traumatic procedure on the biggest organ you have ( the body, skin ) . So take care of it get proper post op care please!
Your surgeon leave a thing layer of fat in the abdominal region to allow the skin to reattach back to the wall. That layer of fat is very needed & crucial !! Using cavitation to soon will kill that layer of fat & impact final results !!
Please do your research & don’t let just anyone touch your body ! Your post op specialist should know when is the proper time to start your RF & cavitation along with woodtherapy. All healing process are different on all different bodies, your post op specialist will follow what is the best treatment plan for your healing process. Don’t compare your healing to others!
