So I couldn’t leave my previous post up too long without showing the after photos.

This is what I typically walk into when a long term tenant leaves and the owner has been in over their heads for quite sometime. The colors in this backsplash, in cooperation with the floors and countertops, really made these classic golden oak countertops pop in a modern way. I swear I put that switch plate back on! I was too excited to get these pics 😂

I would never have guessed there would be this much concrete underneath a basketball goal. Gave me a good excuse to play with a jack hammer! Installed a brand new, definitely dunk worthy goal in its place.

The plumber that was here before me tried to wax seals smashed together rather than raising the fl**ge. It worked until it didn’t lol. We got it taken care of and then some. Gotta thank for being there with my last minute supplies!

Seems like the storm last weekend took a toll on the storm doors of Spartanburg!

The client wanted to reclaim some space in a small bathroom. Added some white wainscoting and chair rail, lightened the color scheme, added new lighting and switches, and converted a cluttered linen closet into built in shelving, cabinet, and counter space. While assembling I took notice of an old Celtic art book that I’ve neglected for years. After thumbing for a moment I settled on 4-6th century script from the Book of Kells and started carving away. Built this TV Stand/Console Table during some dry time. Turned out pretty great. 16” x 32” top. 24” tall. Flame finished with acrylic topcoat, black lacquer on the legs. Anybody want it?

Breathing new life into any space is my business!

Had some tile movement that was repaired and regrouted the entire room for a seamless fix. Add crown molding, a little extra lighting, and lighter colored walls for a very spacious and fresh look.

Another before and after. Pressure washed and replaced deteriorating boxing. Still got a paint job coming up, so stay tuned!
