What's up guys! As some of you know I've been away from HL for a bit. I'm in no way, shape, or form disbanding this or anything like that so no worries 😅. HALF L1FE is 100% me as far as writing and producing all of the new music as well as my team of 2

Being as it is a one man project essentially, it's been rather difficult to find a means of playing live so my focus has been directed more towards .

It took me quite some time but I've officially caught up with writing and we plan on releasing new material soon 😈

As far as HL goes, now that I have some time I'm going to continue working on an EP to hopefully have releases by October. Thank you guys for sticking by and being patient with me. Go over to the Mafia page in the meantime and give us some support 🖤🖤🖤

Due to my focus on the new MAFIA stuff it has set me back a little on HL. (Stay tuned all you black and death metal lovers) I do have another single I've been sitting on though so keep an eye out for the release of "Te****le Fi***ng"

The new EP will come though and the plan is to release around October. In the meantime it is around the anniversary of the Fever Dreams EP which was co written by Jonathan Blood. You can listen here 👇

☢️ 1 year anniversary soon ☢️

Here in the next couple of months will mark the first year of the existence of HALF L1FE. The project was originally thought of and worked on by myself ( )and realized with about 4 years ago. I can thank him for supplying me with the equipment I use to write and since we came together on the idea it's taken us years to refine this abstract sound that you guys know today.

While many people have come and gone within such a short time I've always been here. I am in the market for live musicians that could play shows but seeing as many wouldn't want to play something like this I've seriously thought of developing a solo show. Only time will tell. I'm open to writing ideas and suggestions within the HL sound but I would want the existing songs to be played as well. It's very hard doing this all on my own.

Looking for a guitarist, bassist, and drummer. Synth and vocals are already covered.

I just have this silly dream of bringing something truly unique and interesting to the table and I can't stop until that dream is realized one way or another.

You were my greatest inspiration for vocals/lyrics and you did everything and anything to support up and coming heavy bands across the world. HALF L1FE wouldn't have even been a thought if it wasn't for Trevor Strnad. As a child I practiced What a Horrible Night to Have a Curse to hone my skills that started me into music. This is a horrible loss for the metal community, The Black Dahlia Murder, and for all of the loved ones involved. RIP Brother.
