So she is a realtor and this is her first real estate transaction. She was able to represent herself as the buyer. She bought her a new primary residence to live in because she wanted something bigger. The purchase price of the new home was $335,000. The asking price was $385,000. She was able to negotiate them down to $335,000 with $10,000 in seller concessions. Amazing! 👏🏽👏🏽 Not only that..she was able to rent out her current home for roughly $900 more than mortgage payment(passive income) and get this..her cash to close was $3,019!! She was able to use down payment assistance which brought her out of pocket costs on a $335,000 house to under $5,000…yalll where they do this at???? So just to recap for y’all:
-she made commission on her own transaction as a realtor.🔥🔥
-she instantly made herself an investor/landlord with almost $1,000 passive income/month🔥🔥
-she bought a bigger house for her and her kids to live in for less than $5,000 out of pocket!🔥🔥

I have a question..how will you know where you are going if you don’t have a map/gps on how to get there? If all you know is your final destination, but you don’t have a plan to get there, you may make a lot of wrong turns on the way. My advice..consult the GPS!
