What is your WHY? Have you ever just sat down and thought about WHY you are where you are? Why did you choose your career? What truly deeply motivated you to do what you are doing? Durning school this was our biggest question the teachers always asked us, WHY? Nearly three years later and I can fully answer what is my why! So here’s my WHY to my story!🤩 Most people know I was a very young teen mom, so right then everyone “assumed” I would amount to NOTHING 😂 and so did I at times! However, I knew no matter what I would finish high school and be a parent my kids could look up to! Two career changes later and two different schooling programs here I am! I am here to tell my kids it might be hard, it might take YEARS but you can do it! I work hard everyday for my FAMILY 🤩 I want to be an inspiration to my children, I want to teach them values and morals that is worth more than money can buy! I want to be someone who can help other young women especially teen moms know that their lives did not end but that it’s just beginning, I want them to know giving up is not an option and YOU WILL BE SOMEONE!! You will wake up and look in the mirror one day and say I MADE IT! I’m proud of who I am and all that I’ve accomplished!! And although I am proud of myself I would never take all the credit for the Lord has led me to where I am! I made it because of him and all the blessings he has given me! Why is it important as a lash tech to cleanse your clients lashes? Let’s take a look. Although your clients wash their lashes at home, you should still take the time to wash them at their appointments, why you ask? Cleansing your clients lashes before their fill in or full set is going to prep their lashes, remove any natural oils that may be on their lashes, it helps decrease the chance of your clients getting blepharitis and it can also help with retention cause extensions will not stick to dirty lashes. Your clients will appreciate how thorough you are and will see how much you value your work and them.
