🔹Reminders for call in tomorrow🔹
🔸Call in is ONLY from 9am to 9pm the Monday before each rodeo.
🔸Visit our website rodeofyra.com for Google document links.
🔸Stall and Hooks up must also be reserved via Google document during call in hours. A fee will be added if requested after hours.
🔸If you reserve a stall but do not use it, you will still be charged for the bag of shavings.
🔸The far back pasture will be CLOSED for safety purposes. Because of this, you will be allowed to set up 12x12 pens or smaller and please do so on the tree line so get there in enough time to get your spot. Please don’t build pens near driveway.
🔸If you have any problems submitting the Google documents, you must reach out to a board member within the 12 hour call in time for any mistakes to be fixed. If you do not reach out within the allotted time frame, how you call in, is how you will have to run.
🔸You will get an email confirmation when you submit your call in for verification.
🔸We will offer late call in the rest of the season for a late fee.

Buckle Design Contest 🤠
Hi there! My name is Olivia Jackson. I'm 14 years old and have been riding horses since I was 4 months old! I am apart of the South Carolina High School Rodeo Association and recently received an award called "The Prayer Warrior Award". I received this award because I prayed at every rodeo this season and my state secretary (Mrs. Miranda)could always count on me if she needed someone to pray. I feel that praying is something that kids should not be afraid of doing in front of others (in fear they will mess up or say the wrong thing) which I commonly feel like is the case. I love praying in front of others because I want to show them that praying is something you should not be afraid of doing and that God will carry you through your prayers. I thought the "Prayer Warrior Award" would be an amazing thing to put on a buckle so I designed my buckle after that award. I am very honored to have the opportunity to rodeo and also to enter this competition and I wish everyone the best of luck!

Friendly reminder that this wkend, all divisions will go Friday night at 7 pm and Saturday night at 5 pm (with an open barrel jackpot Sunday). Check in will be from 530-630 Friday night and 330-430 Saturday night.
