Today we’re going to talk about Randi-the woman behind the scenes of all this amazing food!
She got her associates degree of applied culinary science in 2015. Since then she has worked at multiple restaurants gaining experience. She has been the food and beverage director for the Hilton for the last 4 years. Randi has been slowly building this catering business over the last 4 years. So far she’s successfully completed 6 weddings (all over 50 guests), 3 baby showers, countless birthday parties, as well as being hired to make cakes, cupcakes, and cookies for numerous other occasions.
