Veterans Village is an affordable housing community serving formerly homeless veterans in Colma, California. The three story residential building provides 66 housing units and incorporates a renovated historic pump building for use by residents. Situated between Cypress Lawn and Holy Cross cemeteries along Mission Road, the project program includes resident amenities such as a social hall, Wellness center, and fitness room. The project also includes two large residential courtyards, and a large resident open space that includes raised bed garden areas, an orchard, and a fenced dog run. For the wider community, a new interpretation plaza is included in the project. 69 parking spaces are provided through two parking areas, one adjacent to Cypress Lawn Cemetery and another along the BART access road behind the garden area.

We are excited to share some images from the Ben Franklin Transit Knight Street Station featuring custom lighting and shelters our landscape architects designed in collaboration with Revamp Panels.

Our Simple Turbulence and Poppy Field panels integrated into a custom wood post and handrail system add texture to the second floor living room at the new Ronald McDonald House in Spokane, Wa. Proud to be a part of this project in collaboration with Wolfe Architectural Group.

This new building adds 34 additional guest rooms to the original 22 room house on Fifth, allowing for an additional 12,140 nights of lodging per year. The expansion more than doubles the size of the original building, adding new kitchens, laundry facilities, movie rooms, a teen room, multiple child play areas, and ten large long-term family guest suites.

This custom sliding door featuring our Abstract Leaf Pattern creates a dramatic focal point for this commercial patio space. Finished with multiple blue powder coat finishes for easy care and durability in outdoor environments.

Standard Revamp flat panels sized to fit this existing railing along with our Revamp security gate provide artistic security and prevent unauthorized access to this employee stairwell entrance. The heavy-duty welded steel construction and powder coat finish are designed to withstand almost any security demand. Revamp Security Gates also incorporate our signature laser cut metal panels to create a unique look that you will not find anywhere else.

Installation is complete on our latest custom pattern wall and soffit panel assemblies. Featured throughout the office breakout spaces these assemblies provide dramatic effect and creative lighting solutions at the Capital One headquarters in McLean, VA. Collective Architecture
