Vendors setting up!

Doors open 10:30am - 1:30pm

Some guidelines for Diecastarama tomorrow + Menu available.

Please park only in the green zone, red zone is for VFW members only. Also there is parking in the grass area right side behind the building. Please do not block others or the exit in the grass area.

We open doors 10:30am - 1:30pm.

ONLY VENDORS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE HALL BEFORE 10:30am. PLEASE HELP US WITH THIS. IF WE SEE YOU, WILL BE ASK TO EXIT THE VENUE.

THERE IS NO REASON TO SNEAK IN AS IS ONLY $2.00 ADMISSION, THAT GOES TO PAY THE EXPENSES THE EVENT CREATES.

Entry to the hall is only on the side of the screen door in front of the VFW members parking (Green Area). No entry is allowed through other doors.

Kids should be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please helps us with this, the event is a different scenario vs a retail store.

Admission is $2.00*
Children under 13 have free admission.
Wives and girlfriends don’t pay admission*, so make it a Sunday road trip!!!

Please help us move the admissions process by bringing the exact change ($2.00) for admission.

NO ONE IS AUTHORIZED BY US OR THE VENUE TO SELL IN THE PARKING LOT.

DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE JUST TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE VENDORS THAT PAID TO BE AT THE SHOW AND US AS ORGANIZERS!

You can bring a small box (shoe size) to do your trades with vendors only. If you have a question about this, see me at the door. No bins or wheeled carts.

In case that you have a collection for sale and want to offer it to the vendors, I suggest you have photos to show the inventory to the vendor inside the hall first, if they agree then the transaction can go outside in the parking lot (space is limited where the vendors are). Any questions about this look for me at the table at the door.

Remember vendors have the exclusive rights to sell on the premises of the VFW (Indoor & Outdoor - Parking).

This is a family show, behave accordingly.

NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED INSIDE THE EVENT HALL.

No smoking or va**ng is allowed inside the hall.

We Reserved the Right to Admission.

* One adult will always pay.

SprayGunner will have a table in the entrance showcasing many products they sell for the Hot Wheels customizer. Also HW customs will be in display that have been done with Spraygunner’s tools and paints.

Julio Perez (Kandyman Designs) and Nestor Espinoza (Hobby Department Manager/ Master Scale Modeler) will be answering questions about the products you may need to start HW customs. Also Néstor is the teacher for the airbrushing class on September 29, so you can ask more details about the 3 hours course.

Second Meet!!

If you are coming please comment here so we can be prepared.

This meet up is for everyone that wants to customize Hot Wheels at all levels. If you are starting or are already a pro, everyone is welcome.

Our host, SprayGunner will have a presentation of the products (Spray Guns, Paints, etc.) they offer for customizing Hot Wheels and building dioramas.

Showcase area available for local customizers to display their finished and work in progress customs. If you own customs that you bought or commissioned, you are welcome to exhibit them as customizers always need inspiration for future projects.

If you have dioramas that can be moved easily , you are also invited to show your creation and style.

Table area will be available to set up the showcase and do trading of parts and casting that anyone needs to keep working on projects. Please message me to reserve space. Limited tables available.

At this event trading is preferred before cash transactions. You can have a display of your service and products to show and take orders. Have a flyer or business card with your information for those interested. Any questions let me know.

Admission is free. Kids should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

A couple of the more skilled local customizers will be around, so if you have questions about starting customizing Hot Wheels or doing special modifications, they will be around.

In general we are uniting the Hot Wheels customs community in Florida to create a network to collaborate in projects, show your custom collection, share techniques, trade parts, etc.

We are aiming to do the meetup on a monthly basis.

Any questions or suggestions you may have, send a message.

No wishful thinking will change the fact that the storm is coming to the Tampa Bay Area.

I consulted with SprayGunner and the date is change to Sunday, August 18.

They don’t have space for next weekend.

The airbrushing class also moves to August 18.
