After driving out and scouting today, I have decided to reschedule the foray. There are still a lot of linesman restoring power to many communities. Debris covers most the forest. Stay safe

We at IGAS Tours hope everyone is safe after the storm. The good news is the Withlacoochee State Forest got rain! I will be checking for damages tomorrow once I finally get gas, and the walk is still on. I hope to see you there for a little bit of Silver Lining to these clouds

I have chosen the location for the foray on the 28th. The address will be sent to those who prepaid and also will be posted a couple days before on here for those paying at the event. The bugs and FL heat can be extreme so bring protection, hydration, and a desire for outdoor education as we learn about the fungi of our forest

I will be in Hernando County all next week and am accepting reservations for private tours. I am also offering an open foray on the morning of the 28th for $20. Location will be given at sign up which you can do on messenger or directly at 727 288 1912. Fall mushrooms should be popping up and summer ones should still be out, I hope to see you there.

Thinking of heading to FL for a week but it's not in my budget. Would there be a desire of me hosting a large foray or enough of my clients looking for a rare September tour? I'm usually in NY this time of year
