We are hiring candidates for the position of Sales Specialist And Truck Dispatchers for US.
----
Responsible for achieving all individual targets set by the department in terms of Service Quality, Service Levels, Customer Service Index, First contact Resolution, etc
Job Role
------
1. Handling inbound & outbound inquiries via emails,SMS and Calls.
2. Onboard drivers with our company.
3. Investigate and do an appropriate follow-up to resolve disputes, provide best load options to the drivers
4. Back-office Management and Admin tasks
5. Processing Orders Online and Data Entry
Shift Timings:
------
Candidate needs to be flexible in terms of shift timings
Shift hours: 09 hours daily and 5 days weekly
Scheduled off: 2 Off days weekly
Requirements:
------
a. Excellent English Speaking and Writing skills.
B. 1-2 years experience in Truck Dispatching company
