CHEESY SEARED MEATLOAF
Yes, it's baked, cooled, sliced then seared. The cheese melts out and makes a delicious crust. The binder is the secret ingredient. Use your favorite brown gravy mix, we used Pioneer Brand Roast Beef Gravy.

What if you subscribe for .99/month for a recipe club? How's that sound? Then post the recipes in the subscription group?
If you're going to come to my page and take away my fun, I'll just remove you. This is no longer a business page, I'm not dealing with haters or trolls. Ask Stephanie how that went. A typo...seriously, she got sideways over a typo. So she got the sit and rotate treatment. That's how this works. Come in, read reviews, get recipes, have some fun during story time with Uncle Mike...but don't be a 🅱️.
FYI.... since I'm no longer worried about reviews, public opinion or if I offend someone, this may get dicey at times.
The reviews will be HONEST...don't let me catch you lying on your menu or I may expose you. But also, I'll write reviews that's are focused on up front quality and what I found good. It'll take ALOT for a review to be negative. Pretty much food safety stuff. So if I'm talking about it, it's good. If I'm not...well it's probably not worth discussing.
The recipes will be real! Some will be mine, some may be some interesting ones I find that I play with at home.
The RANTS...oh, the RANTS! I have sooo many restaurant related absolutely unbelievable scenarios and insights...I'm going to label these "I can't even make this s**t up". Saddle up,the rants are gonna hurt some feelings.
What recipe first? I really think meatloaf adapts well to home use and we sold a ton of it!
Definitely #1 , #4, 5, 7, ALL OF THEM
That's NOT 3 open black magics, 2 open grits, 2 open Tony's or 3 open bags of hamburger buns...definitely NOT
Who wants some of our amazing CHICKEN DREDGE or CATFISH DREDGE?
Do you need any large ( #10) cans of corn, beans, hominy, pickled beets, tomatoes, etc?

$75k or a real cash offer lease is transferable to you and currently $2500 a month. That's 99 person capacity, 3000 square feet for 2500 a month...you can't touch that.
All EQUIPMENT including the bar equipment down to the toilet paper. This is 100% operational once you insert your menu concept. There's more equipment than you'll probably use. New floors 3 months ago. New roof 3 months ago & great landlords.
Catering trailer, tables, grilles, generator , tables, chairs, etc and SMOKER available separately and independently.
I have taken a business opportunity that requires travel and doesn't allow me to play restaurant.
IF you are looking to fast track into restaurant, PM me here with your info and I will call to discuss.
Must be able to close deal by mid August or I'll just auction the equipment and sub lease the space.
Share away.
I will be running this page with reviews, recipes and some inside POV from the restaurant industry I love food and the industry, but can't turn down an opportunity like this.
So...keep following as the content will be much more entertaining than today's special.

Well, one of our upcoming specials is quesabirria tacos along with birria ramen. In our quest to always deliver, we do tons of market research (aka eating). There are several good birrias in town, tonight we drove to Marionville to try Chiquis Cocina. Man, this place is PHENOMENAL and absolutely worth the drive.
Quesabirria, Chile Verde, Giant Tamales, Fantastic salsa and the spice is green and wow! Regular salsa was great, chips light and crisp. Oh, the guac it perfect too.
And the desserts are so amazing ! We tried them all! Tres Leches, Coco Flan, cream cheese chimichanga and even sopapillas!
Take the drive, it's worth it.
Sorry... this made us laugh!

Finally, a special this week! Starting tomorrow July 10and running til they're gone! Read til the end!
Fried Sweet, Spicy & Sticky Pork Ribs.
So, the same meaty St Louis ribs you loved at Mike's. But completely different! These are seasoned and braised, then fried to that light crisp but super tender bite. Once they come out of the fryer they are tossed with. GOCHUJANG sauce...yep, the Korean bbq sauce we used to have on the wing menu.
What is gochujang for those that don't know?
>>> To compare it with two popular sauces that almost always comes up in the same breath, gochujang is like the love child of sriracha and miso—spicy like the former, flavor bomb like the latter—with a hint of sweetness, generally and soy.
Available 5 bone (half rack) or 10 bone (full rack). Will come with Asian Slaw and Togarahshi fries. Small is 18.99, large is 28.99 (this is a full rack of ribs, we don't count the small outer bones)
We also have a really great regular menu and a fantastic $15& under lunch menu that includes a drink...but wait! There's more A 36 ITEM SALAD BAR!

Specials! Specials! Specials!
Creative block on Specials, what do you think? We have a few ideas but always looking for more.
In the near future, we are doing
Fried Mongolian Style Rib.... seasoned, fried and glazed with a sticky, sweet & spicy sauce.
Cashew Chicken... yep the MO Mike's one that lined you up across the parking lot
Birria... not goat, but beef, slow simmered all the right spices, dipped and fried shells and that beautiful consome to dip.
Chicken or Beef & Broccoli ... we have done it before will likely do it again. Homemade ginger garlic sauce, basmati rice, tender crisp broccoli.
Let us know on these and anything else you want. No promises but we can see what we can make happen!
