Wanted to see how many times I could do 225 today before my push work out.

I haven’t done this since high school and I got about the same amount of reps I did back then haha. I remember I used to dream of hitting this for 30 reps just like the great Oklahoma sooner running back Samaje Perine did in the 2017 NFL combine.
I was convinced I would get to that by the time I was at that point in my college career but I ultimately ended up dropping out and failing in my football dreams. Outside of football I honestly never felt passion for much else till becoming a trainer. Nothing felt better then cheering for my teammates and working out together and accomplishing our goals as a team. This is the same thing that appealed to me about the military and I’m grateful for my short but life changing time there. Realizing I wanted to be a personal trainer and help people crush their goals and enjoy the happiness that can come from fitness just like I do was one of the best decisions I feel I’ve ever made.

That being said i wanna say don’t ever feel like it’s too late to accomplish old goals you might have had for yourself! I am definitely gonna be getting to that 30 reps very soon!!!💪🏾
