Our last sushi platter for the year and probably for awhile. This is the big one. Orders yours today before the fomo kicks in ☺️

Here’s the NYE Platter breakdown:

-2x tuna nigiri: sumiso, tempura crunch, kaiware sprouts

-2x sear salmon nigiri: spicy miso aioli then seared, lemon zest, ikura

-2x yellowtail nigiri: ponzu marinated sweet onions, crispy garlic

-2x eel nigiri: eel sauce, chilli anchovy jam

-1x sear sally roll: califormia inside( crabmix, avo, cukes) top sear salmon,spicy miso aoili, crispy shallots, cilantro

-1x green dragon roll: shrimp tempura, pickled jalapeno, abo inside... top spicy tuna, cilantro crema, green masago
